I am a meditation instructor, spiritual coach, and shamanic consultant in Victoria, BC. A senior student of Dr. Reginald Ray and Senior Teacher within the Dharma Ocean meditation community, I both practice and study in the meditative tradition of Chogyam Trungpa. It is from this foundation that all my work arises. My meditation instruction celebrates the primacy of the body in human experience. My spiritual coaching affirms the sense of journey within each of us. My shamanic work recognizes the powerful sources of healing and transformation that wait only for us to call. Whatever form it might take, all the guidance I offer stresses the relevance - indeed, the very necessity - of spiritual work in our modern world.
As Queenswood's final days unfolded, I - on several occasions - witnessed a vision: That we came together in the chapel to find a large, bright candle burning in its center. One by one we approached this, lit our own smaller candles, and walked out into the world carrying our flame.
May we all move out into the world holding the spirit of Queenswood in our hearts. May we ensure that this place never fades. May Queenswood continue as a beacon of light and life for as many beings as possible.

With the closing of Queenswood, I hope to take the core mission of this facility further out into the world. Holding an intent of compassion and healing, I will continue to offer my three main services in a variety of settings and formats. Of special interest, is how these three might come together in ever more direct ways in order to facilitate wholeness and an everyday sense of mystery in our lives.
