Retreat facilitator: Robyn Cathcart
In the busyness of life, often the first thing we neglect is our relationship with self, where the physical, mental and spiritual energies circulate. Such an imbalance hampers our creativity – without fuel the creative spark diminishes, leaving us in thirsty for something more.
Through asanas (physical poses), pranayama (breath work), yoga nidra (yogic sleep), visualization, body movement, guided meditation, music making, cooking, storytelling, writing and art, this applied retreat is intended to impart and encourage the creative flow to persons from all walks of life. From musicians, artists and students to corporate professionals and athletes, this weekend of restorative self-work, reflection, experimentation and play will put you in touch with a person who is able to create freely: yourself.
It's through an integration and balance of energetic systems (body, mind, & spirit) that we are able to achieve clarity, making possible a sustainable source of personal fuel with feeds an authentic life comprised of grounded happiness, health, and creative expression.
